WhatsApp rolls out new feature

WhatsApp Beta Info reported on Friday that the Android beta of the instant messaging program WhatsApp has received a new upgrade.

The Meta-owned app just received an upgrade that added a new function called "split view" for WhatsApp on tablets.

This new function enhances the tablet interface for a better viewing experience on a big screen. You may now utilize two distinct portions of the software on the tablet at once thanks to this recent upgrade, which is seen as a game-changer.

For the beta version, use Android 2.23.5.9 to obtain this update. It has not yet been made available to the beta testers.

A split-view variant that enhances user experience is seen in the screenshot.

Formerly, users had to go back to switch to another discussion, but now, upon starting a new chat, the chat list is always displayed.

The calls and status tabs also have a split view option, but the conversations area is unquestionably where it is most beneficial, according to the app-tracking website.

With this new version, users may now navigate between conversations without losing track of the present conversation. After installing the most recent version for Android, this new update may be accessible.
